This antique mail sorter is from our personal collection. Based on the milk paint and hardware it's safe to say this piece is from the mid to late 1800's. We used it in our pantry as is, but it could also be mounted on the wall or set on top of a desk or table as a hutch. At one point we used it to organize all of our smaller tools, light bulbs and other shop related things. It would also be useful for organizing craft supplies, art supplies, toys, children's shoes, etc.
